The talkshow started few minutes before 3 O'clock due to the presence of some Commissioners of the State.
The commissioners interacted and exchanged contacts with the youths. They also told them the importance of discovering their worth and working towards achieving their set goals.
              
In his opening speech, Icon Chidi the president of the organization explained the importance of discovering one's worth, he said, "When you discover what you are carrying, you will refuse to be average; you'll refuse to stop where others stopped; you'll negotiate with life in your own terms".
He also advised the youths to be focused and not let Self esteem or bad associations to stop them from knowing who they are.
He rounded up his speech by saying "If you don't know what you're carrying, you'll accept to be anything".
              
The talkshow was presented by Icon Nnorom James and Icon Ogualu James.

Icon Ogualu explained "Worth" to be the quality of something that makes it desirable. He explained "Discover" as finding or unleashing things that has not been known. He further explained that everyone is born with potentials, some are yet to be discovered. He said, "Discovering your worth is finding out what you do best or better than anyone else".

Icon Nnorom advised the youths against some things that can retard their worth; he said, " Low self esteem, Bad associations, Fear and ignorance amongst all retards your worth and makes you look inferior". He also said that apart from discovering your worth, you have to set a standard, be unique, update your knowledge and don't settle for the less.
He also advised them on the importance of good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.

Icon Ogualu rounded up the talkshow by advising the youths on the importance of maintaining a standard. He said, " When you discover your worth, do not compromise. Be unique, conquer yourself, conquer procrastination and fear, update your knowledge and change with the changing world. Remember, naming your price goes with uniqueness".
