Kate Henshaw is a Nollywood actress born 19th of July, 1971. She is the first child of the family.

Kate is from Calabar.

 Her primary and Secondary education was in Lagos and Calabar respectively.

 
. First major appearance in Nollywood movie was ‘Sun Sets.’

She was once married in 1999 to British-born Roderick James Nuttal. The union produced Ella Nuttal in 2000 as their first and only child. She got divorced with from the marriage and was separated in 2011.

 Her house caught fire in 2015.

 The Nollywood actress is ‘The Face of Onga.’

 Also, she is a judge on ‘Nigeria’s Got Talent.’

 In 2017, for Calabar South Federal Constituency, she was the subject of Al Jazeera English documentary.

 More so, she contested in 2015 under People’s Democratic Pary but lost the election.

 She won the Africa Movie Academy Award for ‘Best Actress in a Leading role in 2008’.

She loves to work out and keep fit at all times! She also loves to have fun!


 According to her, women should be financially stable. She wrote, “I cannot for the life of me understand why a woman will not be financially stable or capable of holding her own should the need arise.”

She is one of the few celebs with a reputation of being unpretentiously friendly, approachable, and humble, despite the fame and wealth she possesses.
